Here we bake beignets, cream horns, croissants (among the best according to Condè Nast Traveler), Amor Polenta, Panettoni, Colombe…not to mention “salty delicacies”, mini pizzas, horns with ham, filled salty croissants, focaccia bread, sandwiches…and last but not least…cakes!
