The scent is our trademark, what you can smell throughout the Strettoia (bottleneck), what makes you get up in a good mood. The aroma slowly slips through the door of the laboratory, where magic takes place.
Here we bake beignets, cream horns, croissants (among the best according to Condè Nast Traveler), Amor Polenta, Panettoni, Colombe…not to mention “salty delicacies”, mini pizzas, horns with ham, filled salty croissants, focaccia bread, sandwiches…and last but not least…cakes!
